SHIPPING & RETURNS — SHIELD AND VALOR FOUNDATION STORE

SHIPPING POLICY

Every item in our store is made to order through our print partner, Printful. Nothing sits on a shelf — your gear is printed and assembled after you check out. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, and every purchase directly supports our programs. The tradeoff is that it takes a bit longer than off-the-shelf shipping.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping: Flat $8.00 standard shipping on every order, anywhere in the U.S.
  • Delivery estimate: Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days of placing your order (production time + transit time). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Where we ship: United States only.
  • Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll need to charge reshipping to send it out again.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong items: We've got you. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at Chris@ShieldandValor.org with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll replace the item or refund you — your choice.
  • Lost in transit: If your tracking hasn't updated past the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. If tracking shows the package as delivered, we're unable to reship or refund the order.
  • Wrong size or changed your mind: Because every item is custom-made to order, we can't offer free returns or exchanges for wrong sizes — producing a replacement means making a whole new item. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you're stuck between sizes, email us first and we'll help you pick.
  • Cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we can't cancel or change an order.
  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method. Refunds cover the item price; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
